The best medication for Stretch Marks

Having celebrated mothers dat stretch marks are reminder of one of the many sacrifices all mothers make!

Skin stretch marks is certainly not fun, especially for women. It prohibits you from wearing revealing cloths and even your favorite swimsuit.
Stretch marks occur in the elastic, resilient middle layer of the skin that allows it to retain its shape. Stretch marks occur when the dermis is constantly stretched. Over time the skin becomes less elastic and the connective fibers break, leaving the markings behind.

Today, there are many methods used to remove stretch marks. Here are the most effective and the most popular:

1. Microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion is a non invasive procedure to remove the unwanted marks off your body. The procedure constitutes of sanding the skin to reveal a new smooth layer.

2. Chemical peels. With a chemical peeling procedure, a specialized formula is derived out of fruit and milk acids which is applied onto the skin. The solution will cause the skin to erupt the peel off. Once it does, new skin comes out which is definitely smoother when compared to the old skin.

3. Laser stretch mark removal. With this procedure, a laser beam is directed to the skin all around the stretch mark. Then it focuses on the stretch marks it self by slowly stimulating collagen to rebuild damaged skin tissue. The procedure is done repeatedly until the stretch marks are reduced.

4. Rose Hip Oil - Rose hip oil has a high concentration of vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant and an essential ingredient for skin regeneration. It can be derived from a variety of plants and nuts like almonds, kiwi fruits, and mangos. Vitamin E is available in a variety of different forms, such as alpha, beta, and gamma tocopherol. The variety with the highest effeciency for topical use on the skin surface is alpha tocopherol. It has shown a great variety of skin benefits in clinical studies, such as reduction in scarring and the reduction of stretch marks. Vitamin E penetrates deeply into the skin to stimulate the growth of new cells, replacing the scar tissue found under stretch marks.

5. Vitamin A - Retinol (a derivative of Vitamin A) This magic ingredient acts on the renewal of the upper layers of the epidermis and on collagen production to help reduce the size of stretch marks.

6. Diet. Do you know that diet can actually help heal stretch marks? Try to drink plenty of water. Water the skin smooth and soft. With a skin like this, stretch marks are not likely to develop. Cut out coffee instead. It contains cubstances that can induce the appearance of stretch marks on the skin. Also consume food rich in vitamin A&C, zinc, and protein. Nuts and fish Nutritional deficienc can also produce stretch marks.

7. Exercise, for a firmer skin and a healthier body, exercise is the key. Stretch marks can be reduced if a good workout routin is performed regularly. With a fine, solid frame, stretch marks are not likely to develop.

8. Stretch mark prevention cream - stretch marks can be prevented by using products containing rich nourishing ingredients such as Shea Butter. These creams are especially helpful during pregnancy and must be used from the 3rd month onwards.
