Daily foot care


We often forget one of the most important parts of our body, the feet. If we think about them we will realize the incredible strain they go through day in and out. Just like the rest of our bodies we must not forget to look after them and allow them too to breathe and relax.

If you are a person that perspire a lot and face with foot odour remember that it is caused by heart and proper care with appropriate footwear could help to a large extent or use of an antii perspirant spray or deodorizing talc would considerably help help you.

As parents we must teach our young ones the importance of keeping their feet healthy all the time, but what must you do to keep them healthy?
Here are a few tips that you may use, try them and feel the difference.

* A daily foot bath is soothing relaxing and washes away your aches, pains and odour problems.
* Wriggle and stretch your toes in the water and add some bath salts for a wonderfully soothing effect.
* Dry your feet really well afterward, epecially between the toes.
* Use an antiperspirant foot spray or deodorizing talc if necessary.
* Lavish a little extra attention on your feet by smoothing on a rich foot lotion.
