Step 1
First of all check the skin type because you have to treat according to the type of skin.

Step 2
Use a milk cleanser to take off makeup and make sure you do all the steps below to your face, neck and shoulders.

Step 3
Next use the foaming cleanser to remove remaining dirt, which would not have come out with the milk cleanser. It is a soapy deep cleanser where you have to take it off well before you go to the next step.

Step 4
A thin layer of exfoliator is used only on damaged or sun burnt skin. Leave the exfoliator for about five minuts.

Step 5
Steam for about ten or fifteen minuts and thereafter the white and black heads are taken out.(steaming makes the process of taking the white and black heads out easy.)

Step 6
The toner is used to close the pores after exfoliating the black and white heads.

Step 7
Remove unwanted hair with a tweezer or by threading. Apply toner again on places where you have taken off the hair.

Step 8
Massage the face, neck and shoulders. ( This step is omitted at clean-up)

Step 9
Now you can use a face pack. Keep it for about 20 minuts. Check if it has got dried well before you peel off the face pack.

Step 10
Apply toner again to remove the face pack thoroughly. Use a moisturizer and sunblock at the end of the facial.

50g whole wheat flour
1 cup water
2 egg whites

Method
Mix part of whole wheat with two parts of water in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat until mixture thickens. Cool mixture and mix with two egg whites. Wet hair and apply mixture. Wrap your hair in a towel and leave for five minutes and rinse off mixture and dry your hair.
